Constantly iterating and experimenting with the support experience (Help Journey) for Gusto users to make it as intuitive and stress-free as possible for people to get help when they need it.

• Built integrations with multiple services including GSuite, Github, to import asset data into the Comply product (security and compliance management) so that users could manage their company's assets (people, groups, databases, vendors, etc.) at a single source.

• Significantly refactored integration and authentication logic to reduce code required per integration and simplify internal interfaces, saving hours of time and effort per integration.

• Built a dashboard to track multiple sets of company risks as they changed over time
