At Elucid I have worked both with a team of engineers and on more individual projects helping the company to develop quantitative medical imaging products. 

I have developed into a leadership role on one of the more visible portions of the product, having developed code which processes data received from client processing workstations in a server-side application to record the information in a semantically rich knowledge graph as well as to express it in customer visible displays. This work matured in the summer of 2017 when I fundamentally reconsidered the report structure and content. This included a natural language generation based view to enable clinicians to not be so overwhelmed by numbers, with the clinical value of each piece of information more succinctly stated than just being in tables.

Internally I developed a series of pages with associated queries and support tools for heterogeneous information needed for clinical and pre-clinical studies as an extension of the Semantic Mediawiki. I have taken primary responsibility for a number of programs for execution of batch processing and many of the statistical analyses as a primary development capability.

Both of these developments are underpinned by informatics technology I have contributed to, which notably includes an RDF triple representation used for inferencing and exposing SPARQL endpoints in our current implementation in Stardog.
