Designed & shipped a high-impact, customer facing dashboard product that directly align with engagement and retention metrics.

Contributed heavily to design initiatives including design systems, design operations, creating interview questions & program management work, leading to more growth and efficiency of the product & design team.

Created an independent research project that led to discovery of multiple key product initiatives, which were designed and shipped for 2021.
