Researched and identified user pain points. Researched the market and direct competitors. Developed a product feature concept based on the insights I distilled from my research. Wireframed rough ideas and used feedback from the team and other consultants to refine the concept. Developed the visual design of the new pages and components for a high-fidelity interactive prototype which all adhered to the companies existing visual design system. Handed off the final design to their development team.
