➤ Connected over 15,000 members each year to key people and organizations in the city through curated newsletters and experiences -- including hiring, networking, community engagement and leadership events
➤ Designed and produced events ranging in size from 20 to 800 people
➤ Cultivated relationships with over 200 business and civic leaders who served as volunteer professional mentors each year
➤ Led a team of 3, including an event planner, writer, and intern, and managed process of recruiting, hiring and on-boarding replacement Executive Director before completing my tenure

➤ Led design of Economic Development Ambassadorship Program to introduce rising and experienced professional across sectors to the work of growing and diversifying the New Orleans economy -- managed program through 4 successful cohorts -- alumni network now numbers over 100 graduates
