Program/Project Management work on WW Apple Channel Services Programs & Strategy team supporting Apple’s vast global network of AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) and the new IRP (Independent Repair Provider) programs.
• Spearheaded new strategy and wrote the B2B Playbook on SME Service Perspective as B2B Subject Matter Expert on this new program.
• Led successful re-write of Apple's LDM (Locator Data Management) User Guide and incorporating new IRP (Independent Repair Provider) to support Apple's WW Authorized Service Provider network for APAC, ALAC and EMEIA regions. LDM is a critical tool allowing Apple’s Field Service AMs to update WW AASP locations to manage Local Language Addresses and Geo-Coordinates so location data is downstreamed on Apple’s customer facing GetSupport.apple.com, Apple Support App and accessed by Apple’s internal Service Contact Centers.
• Led successful Final UAT (User Acceptance Test) of a successful WW Go-Live launch of new Apple e-Commerce Collateral Merchandise online store for global AASPs (Apple Authorized Service Provider) and APR (Apple Premium Reseller).
• Key driver and collaborator with our vendor/dev/fulfillment team (Staples) to ensure e-Commerce UI/X, system functionality, system integration and online orders are tested and processed correctly for WW Go-Live launch.
