• Redesigning and expanding feature set for a B2B enterprise advisory and analytics tool for data-driven conversations in the Emerging Middle Market (EMM) and Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries (MMBSI).
• Developed and maintained local libraries utilizing firm-wide design systems and components to ensure a cohesive look and feel across iOS, and web interfaces while respecting platform-specific patterns and guidelines.
• Showcasing impact and pivotal trajectory of our designs, quarterly, to our CPO, Executive design directors, Enterprise tech leads, product owners and fellow designers in adjacent teams and products.
• Curating and leading continuous research methodologies such as periodic focus groups and qualitative usability studies, and A/B testing, to hear directly from our user base.
• With an estimated impact of ~$10M in cost savings in 2024 and a projected ~$20M for 2025, My triad team and I delivered designs and improvements for our Client Advisory and Analytics tool, an enterprise web application that decreases service team dependency through automating and eliminating the need for manual creation.
• Planning and developing solutions within 4 design channels as a Senior Product Designer and Design lead, managing an alternating team of 5 Associate designers throughout the product development.
