Supported the T-Mobile for Business team with UX audits, IA reviews, and competitive analyses to surface friction points and improvement opportunities across the site. Proposed structural updates to streamline navigation, clarify key user paths, and strengthen the overall customer experience. Also collaborated with the accessibility team to refine and update Magenta A11y, T-Mobile’s Magenta Accessibility toolkit.

Supported the redesign and modernization of client onboarding software for one of the largest US banks, improving efficiency and accuracy for ~15,000 financial and client advisors. Led UI and interaction design updates while collaborating with the lead designer, PMs, and developers to refine workflows and handoff.

Updated the design system for better scalability and adoption across the organization. Prototyped a product ecosystem spanning a dozen applications and contributed to user research and testing across multiple phases to ensure designs met user needs.

Led UX and UI design for a 0-to-1 product suite supporting field technicians at a major utility company, improving workflow efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability outcomes. Partnered with BAs, researchers, developers, and client teams across discovery, definition, research and testing, prototyping, and beta delivery.

Aligned work across a global design team and two parallel product teams, facilitated stakeholder workshops, and maintained client relationships. Mentored junior designers and drove updates to the design system to ensure consistent, scalable experiences.

Directed UX strategy for a full site redesign at one of the world’s largest financial institutions, focusing on IA, navigation, and discovery through competitive audits, heuristics, and user research. Led UX design across user flows, page templates, and interaction patterns, working directly with client leadership and developers to build new components and align on metrics during the CMS migration to AEM.

Collaborated with content teams to define scalable component and template patterns, improving efficiency and consistency, and drove updates to the on-site search engine to deliver more relevant results for users.

Led the UX strategy, information architecture, and prototyping for a full overhaul of a legacy financial site. Partnered closely with UX and creative directors, stakeholders, and client teams to define a new IA, streamline navigation, and modernize key interaction patterns -- and drove the shift from Sketch to Figma within the agency to improve collaboration, alignment, and speed across the team.

I tought the class "Advanced Display Graphics" which is a techniques-based class focusing on branding design. I guided students in developing an entire brand identity from scratch and then apply it to a campaign for that brand while developing their design skills in Adobe CC along with various research & observation assignments.

I did all the expected UX stuff from researching, site-mapping, user-flowing, wire-framing, and user testing to try and make pharma brand experiences better for people.

I led the UX and design efforts for an app and website to support a national awareness campaign. This included creation of all user flows, wireframes, infographics, UI, and interaction design.

I was hired to design infographics and graphic systems for a proposal to build the new HQ of a large tech company that makes some nice computers and phones named after a fruit that rhymes with Snapple.

I did research & discovery, user flows, wireframes, and defined the interaction design for 3 social activations which were also integrated into digital and in-store experience. Also, I did weekly audits of trends to share the the entire company in a weekly email.

Over the course of many years I worked on various projects from audits & proposals to websites & ads. Initially I assisted with doing anything that was needed including retouching & organizing assets to designing logos, icons, and ephemera. Later on, I was mainly brought on as a consultant to over see that designs were aligned to UX best practices.

I helped with the development of formulas for Rhino + Grasshopper to create a series of sculptural objects driven by data from diabetic glucose levels.
