UX IC contributions: As a UX IC, I brought a holistic perspective to ambiguous challenges, considering platform constraints, cross-product dependencies, downstream impacts, and business goals. I focused on driving GenAI engagement and retention through improvements to the Admin Experience, championing experiment methodologies within the PM and Engineering teams.

UX Architect: In my UX Architect role, I led UX design for cross-product strategic partners launching revenue-generating admin experiences. I owned several large, business-critical programs. My deep understanding of the teams, their projects, and the technical landscape allowed me to drive innovation, deliver exceptional user experiences, and modernize the Admin Console.

UX Lead for Enterprise Design System: As the UX Lead for an Enterprise Design System, I ensured cohesive and simplified admin experiences across 40+ partners in Workspace, Cloud, Chrome, and other product areas. I focused on improving and standardizing admin workflows and driving the successful modernization of the platform design system.

As a UXD IC, I led complex and technically challenging projects in the security industry, focused on enhancing the collaboration and access control within Google Workspace data and content.

I led and maintained the Enterprise Design System, improving usability and accessibility of components. I collaborated closely with the Google Workspace Studio and Material Design team to transition components from deprecated libraries to modern components.

As a Staff UXD in the NSX team, I focused on building a better product experience for data centers and driving innovation in the networking and security space. I defined workflows and tasks for networking and infrastructure administrators, shaping the vision for the next generation of data center software management.

Notably, I obtained a US patent for visualizing virtual networks mapped to physical data centers.
