Responsible for the design experience of the Webflow product inclusive of design systems, styles and interactions, canvas experiences, page and site designer ergonomics, panels, and workflows. I crafted the go-to-market positioning for this new segment and managed the first tactical implementation by integrating Document Assets in Adobe XD. ### Senior Design Manager @ Adobe Jan 2014 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area Defined a vision of a centralized product experience for Adobe Experience Cloud that would allow teams to plan and orchestrate the creation of a campaign, and then deliver and optimize multi-channel consumer experiences all in a common UX. This early-stage product vision was a precursor to new 1.0 product capabilities in Adobe Experience Cloud such as Journey Optimizer and Content Supply Chain. ### Senior Experience Design Lead @ Adobe Jan 2013 – Jan 2015 | San Francisco Bay Area Led the design of a 1.0 media mix modeling product for campaign planners to forecast returns on paid advertisements across search, display, and social channels. I designed an image production and touch-up process that streamlined product photography allowing for new products to be photographed, added to the site for consumer customization, and then orders to be outputted directly to plate for commercial printing.
