The Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited, commonly called ANZ, is the fourth largest bank by market capitalisation in Australia. ANZ was named the most sustainable bank globally in the 2008 Dow Jones Sustainability Index making it the 2nd year in a row ANZ has been granted the title. ANZ is scaling agile across parts of the company to enable quicker responses to changing customer expectations, engage and empower staff, and continue to improve efficiency.

After completing an intensive 12-week User-Experience course, I was asked to assist GA’s next cohort of UX students, as an Instructor. This included tutoring students, assisting them with understanding the core principles of UX, and guiding the development of their final class project.

As a student, during my initial studies, I developed a UX-based project to build an app, which included various applications from the initial business statement through to MVP prototyping for user testing. My final presentation focused on the development journey of my app and how I applied lean UX principles throughout various stages.
