# Matthew Correia > Former Lead Product Designer @ SAP Signavio | UX, Product Development, Design Strategy Location: Berlin, Berlin, Germany Profile: https://flows.cv/matthewcorreia Most recently I've been a Lead Product Designer at SAP, with significant experience in complex B2B platforms. At SAP I was responsible for the UX direction of Signavio’s Workflow Automation offering as the product evolved into the Process Governance domain, helping shape and frame that transition. As the lead designer across several teams, I handled everything from design strategy and feature concepting to aligning stakeholders and keeping parallel delivery tracks coherent. I’m very interested in design systems, clarity, and helping teams work effectively. I rebuilt the SAP Signavio component library in Figma, enabling the Design team's move from Sketch, and pushed for simple, scalable patterns that developers could practically implement. I enjoy untangling complexity, aligning people, and shaping products that feel clean, intentionally structured, and user-focused. My front-end development background has been a major advantage in cross-functional collaboration, giving me a clearer understanding of technical constraints which may inform my approach to design. ## Work Experience ### Lead Product Designer @ SAP Signavio Jan 2023 – Jan 2025 | Berlin, Germany As a Lead Product Designer at SAP Signavio, I’ve been key in transitioning the Workflow Automation product into the Process Governance product.
