Front Row Ventures is Canada's first university-focused venture capital fund investing in startups spinning out of university campuses. Built by students and powered by Real Ventures since 2016, FRV has successfully run a $600K Quebec-focused pilot fund. More recently FRV has closed its second investment fund mostly focusing on Quebec & Ontario. Operating across 20+ university campuses, FRV's active investment team now counts 50+ outstanding students from diverse backgrounds. FRV is now raising new provincial investment funds to expand its operations to over 50 university campuses across the rest of Canada; from Quebec to Ontario, British Columbia, Prairies, and Maritimes.
