The Cupid Project is an annual card-giving project delivering to nursing homes and homeless shelters every Valentine's Day since 2018. Through the help of volunteers across the globe, the project has delivered 150,000+ cards to more than 90 cities across 9 countries.

• Designed an estate planning tool for attorneys, clients, and partner companies. Responsibilities spanned UI design, graphics, and simplifying complex processes like trust funding.

• Revamped the website booking form, reducing misbookings and streamlining scheduling.

• Conducted in-person user interviews with third-party participants to validate and improve designs.
