While I was at Collective, the company grew to 800 on-boarded and paying customers and from 2 engineers to 16.

Added instrumentation to the on-boarding funnel, identified bottlenecks, and worked directly with customer services to implement solutions and add monitoring to eliminate regrettable churn in the on-boarding process.

Designed an integrated payroll experience using Gusto Embedded, allowing clients to set up, view, run, and modify payrolls all from within the Collective Dashboard.
