Drove continuous improvements in developer experience across multiple repositories with different ownership structures to make it more consistent and easier to collaborate between projects.

Lead efforts in architecting and implementing a one-of-a-kind solution to help people fund money from friends and family into their HSAs. We allow users to create "Missions" and generate links that lead people to a public page to accept funds via Stripe and deposit money toward the users HSA. One of two engineers that worked on all of the features provided by our Ruby on Rails API for our mobile app to consume.

Migrated payment processors to own user experience, capture data points, and limit insufficient funds. This included the web pages that accepted the information all the way to sending it directly to the payment processor and handling results.

Provided support for our customer success team to be able to assist our users. This consisted of adding features to our custom admin console and sending application events to other services to assist in customer management. Admin console written in Angular.js and converted to React.

Implemented complete redesign for marketing website https://www.joust.com. Built in React on Next.js, and deployed as static assets to S3.
