+ Technical Lead, Growth. Driving core business metrics and learning through experimentation.

+ Led the development of more than 7 cross-platform experiments that have generated a cumulative lift in cross-product adoption of more than 40%.

+ Co-Architected and Shipped “Drops”, Wealthfront’s first fully integrated marketing initiative aimed to delight clients and drive feature adoption.

+ Project Technical Lead, Cash Product through August 2019. Led further feature development and operability improvements. Fully handed off leadership of the project in August 2019 to start Wealthfront’s Growth Team.

+ Project Technical Lead, Cash Product. Led a cross-functional team of 7 engineers to design, build, and release the Cash product in February 2019. The Cash product had more than $1 Billion in client deposits in the first 3 months of release.

+ Served as on-boarding mentor for new college graduate by collaborating on early tasks and projects. My former mentee has gone on to successfully lead his own large projects.

+ Core contributor to the Portfolio Line of Credit product (https://www.wealthfront.com/portfolio-line-of-credit). Led a team two backend engineers to design and build the banking component of the product.

+ Provided mentorship to summer interns through guidance on project design and execution.

+ Contributed to the development of the 529 College Savings product (https://www.wealthfront.com/college).

+ Member of the Banking and Brokerage 24/7 on-call rotation.
