I led product design across Financial Tools & Connected Banking in a team lead and coaching capacity, shaping design strategy and delivering innovative experiences for award-winning products. I drove initiatives for Credit Journey, Identity Monitoring, and Snapshot, collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes, including improved adoption and engagement, reduced alert volume, strengthened customer trust, and the scaling of design practices used across domains.
My work was recognized with a team award for innovation in customer experience. Beyond delivery, I contributed to onboarding new hires, mentoring junior designers, and facilitating critique practices that advanced collaboration, psychological safety, and overall team capability.

Design lead during Quicken's spin-off from Intuit, partnering across product, marketing, engineering, and care to reimagine the brand, modernize digital experiences, and build a design culture.
• Led design for Quicken's shift to a subscription model, creating new enrollment and account management experiences, in-product activation workflows, and subscription-enabled marketing and care flows. Partnered with executives, product, and engineering to deliver an on-time launch, which streamlined onboarding and improved customer adoption.
• Redesigned Quicken's digital ecosystem (product site, checkout, and support center), guiding distributed teams through strategy, research, iterative testing, and delivery. Modernized the brand experience, driving revenue growth, increasing adoption, and reducing call center demand.
• Established Quicken's first design system, securing adoption from executives, design leadership, and the design team. Defined goals, conducted a UI audit, and delivered the initial principles, style guide, and visual language, establishing consistency and laying the groundwork for a scalable pattern library.
• Rebuilt Quicken's companion mobile app during migration from Intuit's platform. Partnered with the VP of Product & Design and distributed teams in the US and Bangalore. Delivered a modernized UI that improved retention, reinforced cross-platform consistency, and supported Quicken's subscription strategy.
• Strengthened design culture by mentoring junior designers and facilitating critique sessions and executive design reviews. Embedded human-centered design principles into cross-functional workflows, improving collaboration and raising design maturity across teams.

* Collaborated with product management and development teams as lead designer for the Cart and Checkout web experience. Regularly participate in planning sessions and preparing design solutions of new features and improving existing experiences.
* Led the design effort in introducing new features into Checkout such as: eBay Now, a local delivery service (US/UK); Pay Upon Invoice (Germany); Qiwi ePayment (Russia) and Nectar Redemption (United Kingdom); and Customs support for Codice Fiscale / Tax-ID support (Worldwide).
* Assumed design responsibility and supported product development in implementing the Progressive Checkout experience for Germany. Prepared designs, built prototypes, and participated in RITE user research studies within the country as needed.
* Led the design effort for the eBay shopping cart such as: implementing an updated shopping Cart UI for eBay brand alignment.

* Joined the Managed Market Places team to improve interactive and UI design for eBay's seller experience. Collaborated with seller product managers in preparing design solutions and translating projects into specifications for product development.
* Collaborated with product managers to update and improve upon the usability of eBay's calculators used by sellers for determining listing fees, seller subscription fees, and shipping calculator. Also redesigned the UI for the seller subscriptions experience.
* Collaborated with remote teams in Austin redesigning the monthly seller invoice to include a billing summary, notices, and line item details. Delighted customer base with approach of chunking complex seller information into improving on screen and print usability.
