Partnered with executives, product, and engineering to deliver an on-time launch, which streamlined onboarding and improved customer adoption. • Redesigned Quicken's digital ecosystem (product site, checkout, and support center), guiding distributed teams through strategy, research, iterative testing, and delivery. Modernized the brand experience, driving revenue growth, increasing adoption, and reducing call center demand. • Established Quicken's first design system, securing adoption from executives, design leadership, and the design team.
