As an individual contributor, I directly managed the release of two new mobile apps for consumers and a suite of internal applications, resulting in a 50% reduction in customer onboarding time. As a manager, I spearheaded the consumer product strategy for three product teams, resulting in a significant increase in various KPIs, including a 40+ increase in customer NPS.
