Responsible for the product strategy direction for the Custody product, asset listings, Token Issuance, Wallet functionality, and Staking services.
• Led the effort to get Gemini on par with other exchanges in terms of asset availability and wallet functionality
• Expanded number of listed assets by 10x going from 7 to 70
• Introduced crypto native functionality like staking, web3 support, DeFi integration and private transactions
• Led the team building out an MPC wallet for our custody services
• Shipped multiple issuance projects minting new tokens for both crypto and fiat backed assets
• Regularly met with the NYDFS to keep them up to speed with developments in the industry and new product launches
• Presented all new strategic initiatives in crypto to the Board, informing of the thinking behind the strategy and selling them on the direction.
• Strategized with Tyler, Cameron, and the rest of leadership to determine the best way to keep up with the most important trends in the industry.
