* Originally joined Coinbase to lead the Payments team. If currency moved at Coinbase, my team facilitated it. In the first year I grew the team from 4 to 13. Afterwards, a report of mine took over EM responsibilities for our fiat services and I transitioned to focus solely on crypto engineering.

* Led the Crypto Engineering team, the team responsible for the engineering work behind building wallet software, interfacing with blockchains, and adding assets to Coinbase. Working closely with our talent team, I grew the crypto engineering team from 5 to 24. At the peak of our recruiting efforts, the team and I brought 11 engineers onboard in a quarter.

* Improved the reliability of our fiat and crypto payment systems to execute as expected 99.99% of the time at over 20x the scale of transactions we were processing when I joined.
