Drove design for cross-portfolio platform unification across multiple Hexagon-acquired tools. Delivered a clickable prototype that brought executive leadership together on a unified customer experience. The product framework carried through to the Hexagon Multivista go-to-market strategy, launched January 2026.
Reworked Customer Service schedule tagging with an ML-assisted workflow targeting a 25% reduction from a 20-hour-per-project manual baseline. The model generates training data on every user submission and is being applied to BIM element tagging as a second use case.
Built native chart components replacing Power BI, cutting 12 hours of setup time per project and 4 hours per manual update. Redesigned the full reporting experience from 3 screens deep to a default dashboard with one step into detailed reports.
Expanded the platform to support smaller projects without Building Information Modeling (BIM), growing the addressable customer base by 25%.
