* Led a six-month project to migrate users from one banking partner to another. This project involved me leading a team of designers, engineers, fin-crime, product, data, and marketing to create and execute the user experience for over 165000 users.

* Led a project to tackle the increasing problem of third-party ACH fraud. I created the proposal and received buy-in from various stakeholders. I worked with the design team, FinCrime, and another engineer to implement a product-based solution to resolve the issue. The result was a reduction in third-party ACH R10 returns to 0%, saving the company over $800,000 in fraud losses.

* Led a project with FinCrime and design to reduce fraudulent user transactions. The results led to a 12% reduction in fraudulent card transactions.

*Led a project with design and product to increase the number of users we have by offering a referral program. The project's results led to a 50% increase in the number of users we had.
