Advertising is the most successful product in Demandbase history and is responsible for ~65% of the company's annual revenue. Led a team of four designers in the ABX product to identify customer needs, brainstorm new features, and bring more value to the user experience of the product. Brought a successful new pattern of shipping rich features to a team that had been underperforming. ### Principal Product Designer @ Demandbase Jan 2018 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco, CA Worked on multiple redesign efforts, ranging from a solo-designer light refresh of the UI for the Targeting product to multiple full design refreshes of the product, the most recent of which launched in January 2022. Was key to the creation of many processes that bettered the team, from incorporating User Stories at the earliest part of feature creation--to ensure we were building features that users actually wanted--to designing and implementing a User Research process and a Stakeholder Approval process for the team. Key Features designed: self-serve advertising, advertising reporting, weekly email reports, creative uploader, inventory planner. Created the design system, style guide, and Sketch library for the rebranded website. ### Senior Product Designer and Manager @ Webdam Jan 2016 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area Led design and product development for Workstream, Wedbam's creative product management tool for enterprise SaaS companies. Designed the product from stem to stern with a focus on making an extremely complicated product appear simple and elegant. Built the product in a flexible system that allows the product to feel specifically designed for each of five separate customer persona types and thirteen different permission levels. Worked with front-end and back-end developers to build and launch Workstream within 7 months of start date. Made product decisions, advised QA, and conducted user research. Led a team of designers to overhaul the design of all Webdam products, toward unifying the design of three very different legacy products. Optimized design of partner sites, resulting in significant incremental ad revenue for partners whose growth had stagnated. Led committee to redesign global newsletter. Designed, implemented and facilitated one of the top-rated internal training courses at Google. Organized and led annual conferences.
