• Led Tesla’s Vision-Guided Robotics initiatives from a Manufacturing Engineering perspective, collaborating with 10+ global teams and leading my own development line in China to achieve some of the fastest fully autonomous part-loading cycles.

• Designed high-speed Body-in-White (BIW) production lines capable of supporting vehicle output of up to 20,000 units per week.

• Developed a high-speed industrial washer system capable of cleaning extra-large parts in under 20 seconds per cycle.

• Spearheaded the development of autonomous manufacturing cells for high-throughput deburring of injection-molded parts.
