Completing visual inspections of the homes and landscape as well as completing physical on site tasks where necessary

Meeting with the homeowner to form effective maintenance plans

Completing various physical property maintenance tasks, such as landscape maintenance, paint touch ups, moving furniture or other items, taking vehicles to be serviced, etc

Meeting with and overseeing vendors on the property

Working closely with a team of staff to ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently
