Grew the design team to 3 full-time designers as the company grew to over 100 full-time employees. Mentored junior designers and implemented a formal design review process, which allowed designers to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Created FlooringStores.com logo and branding. Designed B2C PWA (React Native) that allows users to find flooring stores near them, browse their inventory and directly contact the flooring store staff. Additionally, I created illustrations and animations to improve users' interactions with the software. ### UI/UX Designer @ LISNR Jan 2014 – Jan 2015 | Cincinnati, OH I helped create visual solutions for our B2B clients as well as internal requirements. My areas of common work included: iconography, UI, infographics, branding and front-end web development. Additionally, I work with our team to create media content (audio and video) for promotional materials. I helped re-brand the company, created a custom icon font, a suite of vector illustrations, infographics, one-pagers and press materials. I wrote, directed, narrated and edited a promotional video for one of our clients. During my first 6 months, in addition to my design responsibilities, I was LISNR's sole front-end web developer and brought my designs to life using responsive web practices and SVG image assets.
