# Maxime Lasserre > Staff Software Engineer at ClickUp. Making the world more productive and saving people time. Location: Greater Seattle Area, United States Profile: https://flows.cv/maximelasserre I am passionate about supporting other people to learn and grow. As an avid growth seeker, I try to create an environment where other people can feel like they can be vulnerable and open up to share what they don't know, what they know, and learn from each other. I have been working both on frontend and backend, and recently in data pipelines as well. I enjoy delivering useful features at a high quality bar, and am always looking to learn new and creative ways to achieve that goal. Learning the advantages and drawbacks of technologies, transitioning from one framework to another to fulfill specific purposes, exposing myself to different languages, architecture and software patterns, and frameworks has really helped me learn more about the field of software engineering and I am eager to learn more in my future endeavors! ## Work Experience ### Staff Software Engineer @ ClickUp Jan 2022 – Present | États-Unis Working on build the future of AI Agents at ClickUp. My contribution in Lokalinc as a Web Developer at Lokalinc: The web stack used was the following: - Back-end: Java with the web framework Spring. - Front-end: JSP and jQuery/jQueryMobile then migration to AngularJS at the middle of the year. I built and contributed to build many various features. Among them: - Better SEO structure of the website and SEO admin dashboard. - Checkout process on the website: mobile first, integration with a payment provider called Mollie - Structured in a few iterations the AngularJS project, offered template and documentation before leaving. Along with test automation, code review, server administration, database migration and releases. I also helped two interns getting to know the website and building their features. Business side: I actively contributed to the discussions about the company itself. I gave my point of view and asked questions to understand what is at stake and to be able to contribute better and more. Proposed experiments to test some assomptions like buying intention: If a product was not for sale or out of stock, the user could leave his email address so we could get back to him when available. But this experiment also helped as a leverage for the stores that were not convinced they should sell on Lokalinc. Result: 10 to 15 requests per week. ## Education ### Master's degree in Computer Science, Networking and Telecommunications IMT Atlantique Jan 2012 – Jan 2016 ### Licentiate degree in Mathematics Université de Bretagne Occidentale Jan 2012 – Jan 2013 ### Classe Préparatoire Physique et Sciences de l'Ingénieur in Mathematics Lycée Gustave Eiffel Bordeaux Jan 2009 – Jan 2012 ## Contact & Social - LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/lasserremaxime - GitHub: https://github.com/evermax --- Source: https://flows.cv/maximelasserre JSON Resume: https://flows.cv/maximelasserre/resume.json Last updated: 2026-03-22
