•Improved trial activation rate by 5% by introducing guided tours, onboarding wizards, and other customer workflow improvements.

By instrumenting the UI before and after, we were able to see new trial customers were 39% more likely to discover the feature(s) that they were looking for within the first 10 minutes of landing in the platform.
