Barista position included both maintaining a high, specialty/third wave standard of beverage preparation and knowledge as well as flexible customer service skills not limited to some wait service, mitigating customer experience issues, and product/menu knowledge for retail, food, and beverage.

Excelled in a variety of dynamic, changing education-based roles in an alternative, private special education setting. Successfully implemented a new, comprehensive 7th grade Social Studies curriculum for a small (12 kids) classroom of students on the autism spectrum in my first year of teaching the subject.
