Creating and managing customer plans, features, and subscription stories. I created plan definitions, new feature sets, and their implementation in the UI. I also integrated the plans with the Stripe service and increased purchase capture by implementing up-sale strategies.

Implemented Immediate Error Notifications for customer integrations, with requisite UI components and backend email html compositions hooking into our email delivery services.
