Designed and implemented a system that monitors ongoing investigations into products suspected of being counterfeit or otherwise defective.  If an investigation concludes that a product is defective, the system creates requests to physically destroy that inventory.  Processes and disposes of millions of dollars of counterfeit inventory annually.

Tested various LTE antennas with Hughes' modems to determine which antennas provided the best signal under adverse conditions.  Recommended which antennas should be installed by Hughes to balance antenna cost, reliability, and signal quality for clients with high data throughput.

Managed customer accounts, handled customers’ day-to-day requests, and interfaced with corporate customers.  Analyzed the data usage of various corporate clients on the Hughes networks to gain insight into the dependability of Hughes' service and determine cost effective data plans for customers.
