I'm a Senior Product Designer who specializes in making complex systems legible — the kind of work that lives at the intersection of design, engineering, and business strategy. Over 5 years at Dell Technologies, I led design across enterprise and consumer purchase experiences, from cart through checkout across multiple global platforms. My work focused on unifying fragmented infrastructure, rebuilding broken workflows, and creating scalable systems that improved clarity, conversion, and customer confidence.Some highlights I'm proud of: Re-architected software and services in the purchase flow, consolidating 30+ component variations into a unified system. Rebuilt Express Checkout for Premier customers, restoring adoption and driving YoY CSAT and conversion growth. Generated $1M+ in cost savings by internalizing a previously outsourced feature. Identified and drove an unplanned infrastructure initiative that became foundational platform infrastructure. I'm most energized by problems that look like UI issues on the surface but turn out to be system, hierarchy, or data model problems underneath. I collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders, and I'm comfortable driving alignment on initiatives that don't yet have a clear owner.
