■Spearhead custom space planning solutions and strategy for large-scale, post-COVID commercial environments, including tech, financial services, mixed use.

■Translate client goals into impactful design solutions that align with culture, budget, and timeline.

■Support business development through strategic input on bid presentations and pitch interviews.

■ Define strategic vision & scaled department capacity from 4-5 projects to 12-15 annually

■ Operate the concept/staging division as my own business unit, responsible for negotiating and winning projects, operational efficiency, P&L reports, as well as design work listed under previous position

■ Lead on all interior design work, project management, and custom furniture, lighting, art and accessory conceptualization and procurement for high end residential real estate ranging from 5 - 25 million
