• Leading a team of 6 designers through an 18-week client project with Smart Share Housing Solutions (San Luis Obispo), guiding strategy and creative direction

• Supported project teams through design sprints and prototype development in Figma, and synthesizing research into actionable insights in FigJam that improve usability, consistency, and overall user experience

• Participated in a 10-week UX bootcamp, mastering Figma skills, including auto layout, components, variables, styles, prototyping, usability testing, and maintaining design consistency

• Planning and executing the 6th annual UX Fest SLO, a two weekend festival with workshops, speaker panels, networking events, and a 24-hour design competition, creating an inclusive environment for students to develop UX skills

• Managing a 13-person director team across marketing, design, finance, multimedia, and events, developing and facilitating UX career development and Figma workshops, and maintaining streamlined planning through weekly meetings and performance monitoring
