• Conducted in-depth user research, analyzing qualitative data from 20+ user interviews to identify pain points and opportunities for design improvement.

• Translated insights into actionable outputs, including personas, journey maps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Supported co-design efforts as a Teaching Assistant for the GT Excel program’s accessible course on technology design, facilitating data collection and synthesis to inform user-centered design.

I designed an interactive, narrative-driven reading game to build metacognitive skills in middle school students through engaging, gamified learning. Led co-design and iterative testing, translating learning objectives into core gameplay mechanics while directly engaging with 60+ students and educators, culminating in a final prototype that improved student comprehension scores in pilot classrooms.

Developed UX design for the Agent Tasks feature:

• Conducted heuristic evaluations on Agent configuration flow to identify UX issues and areas of opportunity for improved user experience.

• Designed and prototyped solutions for the app's tasks, tools, integrations, and workspace features.

• Expanded existing design system by creating new components, patterns, and visual styles to enhance UI, while upholding brand integrity, and ensuring seamless integration of new features.
