• Develop and maintain big data platform using Flink, Spark, Kafka, Redis, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Opensearch and various other open-source services to enrich and normalize security data and make it queryable

• Benchmark & Improve the performance of platform infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform

• Work with the customer success team to solve customer incidents using Prometheus, Grafana, and other debugging tools
