The work led to organization-wide shift towards value-based care and a $130M investment to design and deploy a new system-wide digital strategy in the next 5 years. + Co-led foundational research and clinical service design for Tera, a virtual-first primary care practice in collaboration with Google Verily, now is live in 5 sites and on the path to scale to 40 locations across Northern California. + Led foundational research and clinical service design of Grove, a high-touch relationship based Medicare Advantage clinic for high-need older adults in Santa Rosa. + Launched the Maternity Studio, conducting design research that led to a new system- wide maternity service line strategy with 7 new startup partnerships. + Helped evaluate strategic partnerships with startups and tech companies.
