• Was the creator and Editor-in-Chief of The Date Mix, Zoosk's dating and relationship online magazine that grew from 3.5K MAUs at launch to over 2.5MM MAUs at the time I left. Owned the strategic planning, writing/editing, SEO, reporting, product management, and continual optimization of the site and its content for web and mobile platforms. Managed the site's budget and development work as well as a skilled team of freelance writers and market influencers.
• Created and enforced content guidelines, including product Style Guide and organizational Brand Guidelines that set the written voice, tone, and style for Zoosk and ensured cross-functional team members had the resources they needed to make good content choices.
