Worked with design team to develop and maintain a design system using atomic design principles. Developed an accessibility plan and training for team members on accessibility principles which included a Lunch and Learn for 80+ members of the tech org.

Familiar working with large pools of data (including but not limited to user databases, MLS data, and public record data) and implemented 3rd party APIs with existing systems. Organized two day company-wide web accessibility training and spearheaded an accessibility audit for the website and component library.
