Providing color and trend direction, design, tech packs, sourcing, specs, and factory recommendations and communication for a range of clients.

Collaborated with the Sarah Wells team to research, design, and develop innovative new pumping bras. Completed detailed tech packs, CADs, specs, XS-3X size grading, fittings, and sample comments to guide these complex products through to production. The collection has grown based on the success of the bra, giving me the opportunity to design pumping tanks & swimwear and to expand the bra size range to fit larger cup sizes.

Worked with the Co-Founder to expand the apparel line from hoodies, crewnecks and joggers to an entire assortment of active apparel, leisurewear and outerwear.

• Developed custom sustainable core fabrics

• Designed capsule collections in collaboration with Kristin Cavallari, Brody Jenner, Chelsea Kauai, etc. that matched their personalities and design aesthetics

• Created and managed tech packs, CAD's, and linesheets for all products

• Worked together with the development, tech, and fit model team to perfect the fit on each garment

• Created new tie dye concepts and colorways, selected and colored prints, created mill sheets

• Presented color & trend research, created color palettes & moodboards

• Recommended two new hires from my existing network- (tech designer/ patternmaker & a graphic designer)

Designed the prAna 2021,22, & 23 Women's swim collections. Created hand sketches, CAD drawings, and Tech Packs. Participated in leading virtual & in person fittings and updated tech packs to bring the collections through to the pre-production stage.

∙ Designed men’s and women’s swimwear, wetsuits, and outerwear, men’s active, and women’s midlayer categories

∙ Managed all technical packages for new and carryover styles and supervised styles through the fit process

∙ Strengthened factory relationships, accelerated the design process, and broadened my understanding of capabilities and processes with many domestic and overseas print mill, dye house, and sewing factory visits

∙ Presented inspiration boards, fabric selections, and designs to merchandising, product development and senior leadership, championing my ideas in ad-hoc and formal presentations

∙ Selected and evaluated seasonal fabric and trim assortment from various suppliers, designed custom trims and fabrics when available assortment did not suffice

∙ Created and maintained line-sheets with Adobe Illustrator sketches, detailed each style with all information regarding style #, fabric construction, content, factory and colors
