• Led the 0→1 design process, defining user flows, UX architecture, and UI components to create an intuitive experience for immigrants navigating complex bureaucratic and financial systems.
• Built and maintained a scalable design system, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility (WCAG compliance), and cross-platform usability across Imera’s B2C and B2B products.
• Designed a seamless onboarding experience and user research framework, optimizing account setup, banking and document management through usability testing and A/B experiments to boost engagement and conversion.
