Technical leader for key initiatives within the NSX Intelligence platform, driving innovation in real-time analytics and security visibility across virtualized environments.

• NSX Intelligence Visibility and Metrics: Led the project from concept through prototyping to production, delivering unified endpoint and network context visibility for security use cases in virtualized networks. Focused on data modeling and pipeline design, implementing real-time and batch data extraction with Kafka, Redis, and Druid. Developed REST APIs for UI workflows, enabling more granular security postures and streamlined compliance analysis.

• NSX Intelligence Troubleshooting and Recommendation: Led a team of 4 engineers in developing a network configuration monitoring service. Designed a Kafka-based channel for transferring network configuration changes as Protobuf messages, indexing data into a time-series database with aggregations, significantly improving network monitoring and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Demonstrated continuous technical leadership through detailed code reviews, leading tech talks, and guiding design reviews, fostering team growth and excellence.

• Improved existing metadata framework in place. Established the unit of work and repository patterns and migrated the existing code base to fully leverage ORM resulting in better testability, separation of concerns, and maintainability

• Implemented strategy and command design patterns in the core metadata framework to increase customizability through a pluggable design

• Implemented notification services using REST API

• Implemented mobile and tablet back-end layout support in the metadata framework render engine

• Worked closely with the product managers, evaluated requirements and initial mock-ups, made technology recommendations that supported optimal construction, maintenance, and performance
