• LO Connect Mobile: Redefined the mobile experience improving usability and adding key features. Increased adoption by 66% and a reduction in loan origination time by 6-8 hours.

• Investor Connect: Led the design of a new product from concept to launch and introduced processes that connect the workflows of lenders and investors. The new process reduced the time to sell the loan by 4 days.

• Encompass Conditions: Defined the feature priority and led the designs of the loan conditions management platform for a new market segment.

• Dimsum Design System: Actively contributing to the system by designing interactions and patterns for key design components like data grid, query builder, pdf viewer.

• Envisioned end-to-end experience and the future of policing with autonomous police cars.

• Designed and evaluated interactions for an AI-based messaging app for field officers to quickly send messages when other alternatives are restricted.

Conceptualized and designed task flows and wireframes of a project management tool for internal and client teams. Coordinated and supported visual, development and business teams to introduce the product to the market.

We conducted qualitative interview with college students to understand their patterns of using notebooks. Then we conducted an activity-based user research to identify behavior patterns of users and micro-interactions when taking notes on paper. We used insights from this to design pen-gesture based interaction model for a note-taking app to enhance the experience of digital inking on tablets, specifically Microsoft Surface.
