Coordinated and supported visual, development and business teams to introduce the product to the market. ### UX Designer and Researcher: University-Industry Collaboration @ Microsoft Jan 2014 – Jan 2014 We conducted qualitative interview with college students to understand their patterns of using notebooks. Then we conducted an activity-based user research to identify behavior patterns of users and micro-interactions when taking notes on paper. We used insights from this to design pen-gesture based interaction model for a note-taking app to enhance the experience of digital inking on tablets, specifically Microsoft Surface. ### Visiting Scholar in UX Research @ KU Leuven Jan 2013 – Jan 2013 | Leuven, Belgium Designed, prototyped and tested Skweezee-mote, a squeeze gesture based cushion remote that is more suitable to comfortable environment of your drawing room as compared to hard design of existing remote designs. Problem statement was to create a product using skweezee technology. I conducted user research to understand what kind of gestures will fit users mental model of cushion-remote. I used this understanding to design the gestures and prototype the cushion remote. ### Design Intern @ Maruti Suzuki India Limited Jan 2012 – Jan 2012 | India Did an ethnographic study to understand how vehicle inspectors identify defects.
