Results included a 48% conversion rate, over 13k site visits, 5.5k orders submitted, and 730 digital downloads within the first month of launching. ### Product Designer @ Benten Technologies, Inc. Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 -Designed and built a clinical app for mothers suffering from postpartum depression to use alongside in-person medical sessions. -Created user personas, user flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and branding to build engagement. -Collaborated with designers and brand strategists to create a UI Design System for the app. -Partnered with researchers to gather intel from focus groups and understand ‘Mother Baby Interaction Therapy’ to maximize benefits and results through the app. ### Product Designer @ Liferithms Jan 2021 – Jan 2021 -Developed a proper onboarding experience to welcome and educate users on the app's benefits. -Introduced an initial survey that retrieved data from users and provided an immediate dashboard to preview their life score and further insights. -Collaborated with designers and engineers to create updated sitemaps and wireframes with new navigation paths to increase retention and engagement on the platform. -Added gamification features such as badges and streaks to enhance user engagement. ### Service Design Manager (Global) @ Breather Jan 2018 – Jan 2020 | Greater New York City Area -Oversaw Service Design initiatives for all Breather spaces across all markets, including: amenities, furniture customization, in room signage, space entry access. -Designed and managed Breather spaces from conception to execution in New York, delivering a consistent aesthetic across spaces. -Collaborated with product managers, engineers, and operations team to manage the production of Breather spaces in all 10 markets company wide, from conception to execution. Responsible for over 300 successful launches worldwide. -Spearheaded the launch of the first private office for Breather, which became a main product offered at the company; Breather Offices (see link attached for more details). -Art Directed space photography across entire web platform.
