Establish design research best practices for a growing software agency. Work closely with engineers and product managers in an agile environment to ensure final products meet user, business and technical needs. Touch end to end digital experiences, from qualitative and quantitative research to user flows, wireframes, prototyping and high fidelity designs. AI LABS - Qualitative research engagement to understand the needs of current and potential clients of financial advisors. Led the research program remotely and helped develop a product vision focusing on facilitating communication and engagement between FA’s and their clients.
REPAIR CLINIC - Assisted in the completion of a multi-phase digital transformation effort centered around the overhaul and redesign of the RepairClinic online mobile, tablet and desktop experience. Worked with our product team to deliver the new architecture and front end design of the site.
ORIGINATE TOOLKIT - Worked with the product and design team to create a living process playbook to establish internal best practices in design research, information architecture, interaction and visual design. Led the delivery for all UX focused design materials.
