I worked on the alternative payment methods team.

We help Stripe users grow their revenue and internationalize their business by enabling them to offer the payment methods their customers prefer. Practically speaking we build behind the Sources API and integrate with multiple payment providers to enable customers to buy from Stripe merchants using a variety of payment methods, including bank transfers (like ACH and BACS) and digital wallets (Alipay, WeChatPay).

I worked closely with financial partnerships, accounting, risk, and operations to enable Klarna as a payment method for Stripe merchants.

I worked as a full stack engineer on Microsoft Flow - a workflow automation tool.

While working on Flow I fell in love with back end development, system design, and solving problems for multi-region, data intensive cloud services. I specialized in aysnchronous system design and data sovereignty.

In my last four months on the Flow team I worked with a virtual team across the Business Applications Group to achieve GDPR compliance for Flow. I also inherited and maintained the big data streams that powered our usage dashboards.
