Building on 10+ years in the tech industry, I contract professionally with large and small companies alike to make their words and content systems sing. I pack a punch with services like: content design, end-to-end content strategy, copy infrastructure creation, product tone + brand voice development, help center development, and customer education, and more.
Recent contracts and projects:
Agile Estate Planning, Principal Content Strategist (2025-2026, Current) - Responsible for researching and executing key content strategy projects, recently including building an attorney-facing and client-facing knowledge base from the ground up, optimizing product UX flows, and providing a holistic best-practices audit of the discovery + onboarding journeys.
Forma, Senior Content Strategist (2024-2025) - Built an internal CMS from the ground up to keep the org up-to-date on feature functionality. Included socializing an upkeep plan, and updating the company style guide.
eBay, Lead Content Strategist (2022-2024): Tackled high-cost, high-friction product issues across the buyer + seller ecosystems with design best practices and strategy on the End-to-End Strategy Team.
Sherlock Retirement, Lead Content Strategist (2021-2022) - Created 0-1 copy + content strategy to simplify the estate planning process, including selecting medicare/medicaid plans, power of attorney selection, and more.
Others: creative direction + content work on a revamp of Mine+Farm Inn, and more on request. Let's chat about how I can take your company's copy and systems to the next level!

2024 — Now
As someone who designs strategy for leading tech teams, I translate complex systems into simple, human stories that move people to act every day. But my biggest design experiment to date wasn’t for a company. It was for myself.
In 2020, I left San Francisco, hit the road in a van, and rebuilt my life from scratch. That journey taught me that fulfillment isn’t something you find — it’s something you design.
That insight became The Main Character Method: a self-design system that helps women use design thinking to get unstuck, rediscover who they are, and build lives that finally fit.
Today, I bring the same tools and principles I use in product design into personal transformation — bridging the worlds of tech and human development to help women architect aligned, intentional lives.
It’s not self-help.
It’s strategic life design.

• Created strategy for and managed a team of technical and UX writers + executed on self-help and educational content
• Reported out on the health of Gusto’s educational features and how they performed against company goals (ex: CPC reduction, touchpoint deflection, feature adoption rates, etc).
